Puyallup SEPA Projects Announced

πŸ”Š Listen Β· narrated by Aiden

Pierce County has filed six new SEPA records for projects affecting the region, including two in Puyallup.

The Grand Farms project at 351 Madison Ave S in Eatonville (not Puyallup) seeks a Conditional Use Permit for an RV park and a seasonal attraction. The Canyonfalls Creek Pump Station, proposed by Tacoma Water, will install a 24-inch water main and pump station near Puyallup's river area. Both projects have public comment periods ending in September.

Puyallup residents may see impacts from the pump station project, which involves water system improvements. The Grand Farms project is in Eatonville, not Puyallup, so it does not directly affect Puyallup residents.
