Starting Monday, Aug. 10, the northbound I-5 off-ramp to Southcenter Parkway will close nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. until Aug. 14 for maintenance, with the southbound off-ramp remaining open. This affects commuters traveling to and from Southcenter Parkway near Puyallup.
SR 169 will close both directions between Southeast 332nd Street and Plass Road starting Aug. 17 for 35 days to remove a fish barrier. Local access will remain open, and detours will guide drivers around the work zone. Other closures include SR 203 nightly from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. until Aug. 28 and SR 211 on Aug. 7 for traffic alternating with flaggers.
WSDOT advises drivers to plan ahead and expect delays. The closures are part of routine highway maintenance to ensure safe travel and infrastructure reliability for Puyallup residents and commuters using these routes.
