Puyallup Dental Office Plans Major Expansion on 39th Ave

A Puyallup dentist office is planning a significant expansion at 600 39th Ave SW. The City of Puyallup issued an environmental determination on April 22, 2026, for the Dove Dental Remodel and Addition project, filed by applicant Tracy Taylor.

The project calls for a 1,637 square foot basement addition and a 2,397 square foot main floor addition to an existing 1,422 square foot dental office. Combined, the new construction would add more than 4,000 square feet to the building. The project also includes additional parking, landscaping, utility upgrades, and stormwater improvements.

The city issued an Optional Determination of Non-Significance (ODNS), meaning city reviewers did not identify significant environmental impacts from the project. No public comment period was listed in the filing.
